I had an outstanding experience with RG Automotive Diagnostics, specifically working with Steve. I was dealing with an intermittent “coolant temperature too high, keep engine running while stationary” warning on my 2022 Audi Q8 that would come and go. I first took my vehicle to the dealer, who recommended replacing multiple major components at a cost of around $3,000. It didn’t make much sense, and it felt like they hadn’t truly diagnosed the issue — more of a “replace everything and hope it fixes it” approach. It felt off. It felt rushed. Steve and the team took a completely different path. They properly diagnosed the issue, identified the actual faulty part, and had it repaired the same day. The fix ended up being a coolant pump solenoid, and the total cost was about $550 all in, including the diagnostics. The car is now running perfectly with no warning lights and everything feels exactly as it should. What really stood out was the honesty and diagnostic skill. Instead of replacing parts “just in case,” and hoping it captures the fault, they focused on the root cause and fixed exactly what was needed. That level of integrity and expertise is hard to find. Highly recommend RG Automotive Diagnostics if you want a team that knows what they’re doing and won’t oversell you. I’ll definitely be coming back, but hope I never have to!

Shout out to Adam who helped me through the process and provided me updates over the phone. My ambient lighting in the right door panel was unable to turn on. Recently the engine warning light came on in my BMWX5. I took it in to RG Diagnostics and shortly afterwards they determined that the car required new plugs and coils. The work was completed in a couple of hours. The car is now running great! I really appreciated the staff for being pleasant, courteous, and efficient. I’m from White Rock, and I recently took my car to RG Diagnostics after having some issues with the engine light. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. this place is amazing , very respective and doesn't juge you. they found the problem with my brand new 2023 3500xd mercedes sprinter that only have 10k, after 2 years, the battery was dying every 1 to 5 days , (mercedes dealer can't find the problem) RG automotive find it for a reasonable price , and since a month or so no more dead battery, so did not hesitated to go back with an other vehicle for service. thanks to all RG'S team

The service was good but the oil change light is still appearing, there were 3 liters of windshield washer added when I only asked for an oil change and the mechanic was taking my car for a test drive when I returned. I’m not sure why that was necessary. I also asked to have my name, email, and phone number as the primary contact but everything keeps going to my partner instead.
