Needed to get my 2020 Mercedes C43 air conditioner diagnosed. The air was only blowing cold on the driver side. Could have been low refrigerant, or the dreaded blend actuator failure. Luckily it wasn’t the latter. They pressure tested, filled it up, and included dye to troubleshoot a leak if the problem persists, and I was on my way. Had me in at 830am and car was ready for pickup before lunch. Even got me an uber transport. Very professional, clean shop, friendly staff, and they use the latest equipment.

My wife took our 2004 BMW 325ci in to get an issue resolved with our soft top convertible roof not raising. Ryan was very helpful in getting us in quickly to have the repair done. 2019 Infiniti qx60 Timing chain and tensioner repair/replacement RG Automotive took my SUV in on short notice. They thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle and documented everything with photos and videos. The original estimate they provided was very reasonable, and they kept us informed throughout the repair process about any additional work needed and the associated costs. They also provided a courtesy car. Since picking up my vehicle, it has been running like a dream. My dad and brother are both heavy-duty mechanics, so I can confidently say this is a no-BS shop that provides honest, quality work. This will definitely be my go to shop for any future work.

I had an outstanding experience with RG Automotive Diagnostics, specifically working with Steve. I was dealing with an intermittent “coolant temperature too high, keep engine running while stationary” warning on my 2022 Audi Q8 that would come and go. I first took my vehicle to the dealer, who recommended replacing multiple major components at a cost of around $3,000. It didn’t make much sense, and it felt like they hadn’t truly diagnosed the issue — more of a “replace everything and hope it fixes it” approach. It felt off. It felt rushed. Steve and the team took a completely different path. They properly diagnosed the issue, identified the actual faulty part, and had it repaired the same day. The fix ended up being a coolant pump solenoid, and the total cost was about $550 all in, including the diagnostics. The car is now running perfectly with no warning lights and everything feels exactly as it should. What really stood out was the honesty and diagnostic skill. Instead of replacing parts “just in case,” and hoping it captures the fault, they focused on the root cause and fixed exactly what was needed. That level of integrity and expertise is hard to find. Highly recommend RG Automotive Diagnostics if you want a team that knows what they’re doing and won’t oversell you. I’ll definitely be coming back, but hope I never have to!

Recently the engine warning light came on in my BMWX5. I took it in to RG Diagnostics and shortly afterwards they determined that the car required new plugs and coils. The work was completed in a couple of hours. The car is now running great! I really appreciated the staff for being pleasant, courteous, and efficient. I have been taking my car to RG for many years and have never been disappointed.

I’m from White Rock, and I recently took my car to RG Diagnostics after having some issues with the engine light. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team got me in quickly, kept me updated, and even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait around (I’ve attached a pic of their cute little mini-cooper).
