The service was good but the oil change light is still appearing, there were 3 liters of windshield washer added when I only asked for an oil change and the mechanic was taking my car for a test drive when I returned. I’m not sure why that was necessary. I also asked to have my name, email, and phone number as the primary contact but everything keeps going to my partner instead.

My Tacoma was dripping fluid. I made an appointment with RG. They put it on the hoist and brought me over to see the problem. It was fluid from the air conditioning. No charge! It really feels like they genuinely want to help you and give you value for your money. The quote to fix it was way less than Toyota. I will most definitely take it to RG from now on.

Steve and the rest of the team at RG were great! They were able to figure out and resolve the issue with my Audi Q5! I explained the issue and they looked into it carefully and provided a diagnostic report of the issues on hand. Steve explained the issue in detail so that I understood what parts needed to be replaced to resolve the issue. I was able to book a follow up appointment at my convenience and was provided a loaner vehicle while RG fixed the issue. I have been driving the vehicle for over a week now and I have not had any issues and the car is driving much smoother. Thanks again to the team at RG for doing the great work you all do! I have a couple of friends that take their cars to RG auto and they have had a lot of good things to say. So when I bought a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta I decided to take it to RG to get it’s first oil change and scheduled maintenance. Steve at the front desk was great to deal with and took the time to explain how they work. They have an electronic email system that gives you a complete breakdown of what is good on your car, what needs attention and what’s urgent. Pricing in my opinion is on point. I was getting an oil change and scheduled maintenance, they pointed out to me that my spark plugs needed to be done. They called and got a verbal from me and proceeded with the work right away with no real delay in pick up. I will definitely be taking my car back and thank you to everyone over at RG auto.

I have a 2015 Volkswagen Mk7 golf that had an antifreeze leak. The RG mechanic pressure tested the system and correctly identified a union connection that needed replacing between the water pump and oil cooler. This is a very tricky part to access and successfully replace. My husband who is very mechanically inclined, did it once previously and that was enough for him. I am very happy with RG’s service, pricing and efficient repair and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed top notch repairs done to their vehicle.
