Recently the engine warning light came on in my BMWX5. I took it in to RG Diagnostics and shortly afterwards they determined that the car required new plugs and coils. The work was completed in a couple of hours. The car is now running great! I really appreciated the staff for being pleasant, courteous, and efficient. I have been taking my car to RG for many years and have never been disappointed.

I’m from White Rock, and I recently took my car to RG Diagnostics after having some issues with the engine light. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team got me in quickly, kept me updated, and even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait around (I’ve attached a pic of their cute little mini-cooper). The staff were respectful, professional, and really seemed to care about doing things right — no pressure. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. this place is amazing , very respective and doesn't juge you. they found the problem with my brand new 2023 3500xd mercedes sprinter that only have 10k, after 2 years, the battery was dying every 1 to 5 days , (mercedes dealer can't find the problem) RG automotive find it for a reasonable price , and since a month or so no more dead battery, so did not hesitated to go back with an other vehicle for service. thanks to all RG'S team

The service was good but the oil change light is still appearing, there were 3 liters of windshield washer added when I only asked for an oil change and the mechanic was taking my car for a test drive when I returned. I’m not sure why that was necessary. I also asked to have my name, email, and phone number as the primary contact but everything keeps going to my partner instead.

My Tacoma was dripping fluid. I made an appointment with RG. They put it on the hoist and brought me over to see the problem. It was fluid from the air conditioning. No charge! It really feels like they genuinely want to help you and give you value for your money. The quote to fix it was way less than Toyota. I will most definitely take it to RG from now on.

My wife took our 2004 BMW 325ci in to get an issue resolved with our soft top convertible roof not raising. Ryan was very helpful in getting us in quickly to have the repair done. Steve and the rest of the team at RG were great! They were able to figure out and resolve the issue with my Audi Q5! I explained the issue and they looked into it carefully and provided a diagnostic report of the issues on hand. Steve explained the issue in detail so that I understood what parts needed to be replaced to resolve the issue. I was able to book a follow up appointment at my convenience and was provided a loaner vehicle while RG fixed the issue. I have been driving the vehicle for over a week now and I have not had any issues and the car is driving much smoother. Thanks again to the team at RG for doing the great work you all do! I'll be sure to come by again for my next service appointment.
